Enter your policy number and the email address used to purchase your policy so you can manage your policy online through the Self Service Portal. In the Self Service Portal you can:
1. Check your policy details
2. Apply to extend or reduce the period of cover
3. Apply to cancel your policy*.
4. Make a claim
*Modification and cancellations are approved in accordance with the rules detailed in your policy product disclosure statement.
TIP: Policies are not rental car specific: if you have made an alternative rental booking for a qualifying rental vehicle, and your travel dates and other coverage needs have not changed, you may not need to modify your policy.
